Complaints Procedure

Leyton Legal is committed to high quality legal advice and client care. All clients will be given details of their key contact solicitor on commencement of their matter. If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received, or about your bill, you should contact this solicitor in the first instance. If the matter is not resolved at this stage, you should contact your solicitor’s supervisor, who will deal with your complaint under the relevant Complaints Procedure.

Leyton Legal is the trading name for both Leyton UK Partners LLP and Leyton Legal (Scotland) LLP.
