Employees

Our experience

Our experienced solicitors are sensitive to the more challenging issues which may arise, such as disciplinary proceedings for misconduct, or performance management.

We will carefully review your employer’s actions and the factual circumstances giving rise to any dispute.

We will then advise and represent your interests with the objective of reaching a positive outcome.

A new job...

We also regularly advise employees throughout their career.

... and departure

We can also assist with exit negotiations from your previous employer and advise you on any post-termination obligations you may have.

What will it cost?

We offer competitive hourly rates for our work. We can also offer fixed fees for pieces of work in most cases.  Please do contact us to discuss how we can offer a payment option which is suitable for you.

In the case of settlement agreements, it is common practice that the employer will make a contribution towards legal fees for the advice we give to employees.

We do not currently offer ‘no-win, no-fee’ agreements for our work.
